About the MIECHV Program
The Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program (MIECHV) consists of health, social service and child development professionals who support families in 16 Mississippi counties, focusing on pregnant women and children from birth to five years old. These professionals use the evidence-based Parent As Teachers (PAT) model that engages parents and caregivers to promote the optimal early development, learning and health of children.
