Formula: 1 + Inflation Rate % x Capital Expenditure (CE) Amount = Adjusted Inflation Amount
The adjusted inflation rate for capital expenditures is calculated annually. The capital expenditure rate is adjusted based on the previous fiscal year's inflation rate (July 1 - June 30), as determined by the State Economist. For example, for SFY 2024-2025, the adjusted inflation rate of 3.00% reflects the change in prices from SFY 2023-2024.
