Background
Prior to joining the Department of Health, Jennifer Fulcher served as the Director of the Division of Home and Community Based Services at the Mississippi Department of Mental Health. She has also served as Director of Community Based Services in the Mississippi Division of Medicaid, and brings 18 years of state service with her in managing grant and waiver projects and partnering with state and federal agencies to develop and implement policies. She currently serves as Chair of the Mississippi Board of Social Work and Marriage and Family Therapist for the State of Mississippi, and holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Social Work from Mississippi State University..
