Crossroads HIV/STD Clinic

The Crossroads Clinic in Jackson is MSDH's only dedicated STD/HIV clinic, providing testing, guidance and treatment options for those with HIV or a sexually-transmitted infection.

Crossroads can help you with preventing HIV and sexually-transmitted infections, provide you immediate treatment for STDs if you are infected, and help you locate HIV treatment if you are HIV-positive.

Testing, Treatment and Other Services

We provide expert services in a safe, inclusive setting where your privacy is our priority.

• HIV and STD testing: We provide testing for HIV and various STDs, including gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and trichomoniasis.
• STD treatment on-site: Receive immediate care for STDs right at the Clinic.
• HIV care guidance: We can help you find the right care and specialized treatment if you have HIV.
• PrEP for HIV prevention: Get started with and manage PrEP, a medication to prevent HIV.
• DoxyPEP for STD prevention: Get started on DoxyPEP to reduce the risk of certain STDs.
• Pharmacy pickup: Conveniently pick up your medications from our clinic if you are using MSDH’s pharmacy services.

• Appointments: We offer same-day and next-day appointments for your convenience. To schedule, please call 601-432-3237.
• Walk-ins welcome: Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we encourage you to make an appointment to reduce waiting time and ensure prompt service.
