The MCH Needs Assessment will be conducted in a multi-step process to identify current health issues for MCH populations, and the capacity of the Title V/MCH Program to address their needs. The Needs Assessment will include reviews of national, state and local reports, data analyses, focus groups, interviews and surveys.
