Annual survey results and records of any complaint investigations are available online for all certified Mississippi nursing homes and intermediate care facilities for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICFIID).
Using the Online Facility Search
- You can search for records by choosing a city or county. All certified facilities in the selected area will be displayed.
- You can narrow your search to facilities that accept Medicaid, Medicare, or both
- When documents for a facility are displayed, select a file name to view the contents of a particular survey or investigation.
