Free Help Quitting Smoking or Vaping

Quitting smoking is hard. Staying quit can be even harder. Our trained smoking cessation counselors can help you prepare for your quit, manage cravings, deal with triggers, and provide you with support to see your quit through.

Smoking cessation counselors from the National Cancer Institute are available at no charge to answer smoking-related questions and provide support in English or Spanish, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
