Mississippi marriage records are maintained by state and county officials. You can order a copy of a marriage record from MSDH, and you can have us search for the county in which the marriage license was issued.

Come in person to our Ridgeland Office at 222 Marketridge Drive between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card/debit card. The record will be mailed within 7 - 10 business days of ordering.
Note: Though required by law to be registered with MSDH, not all marriage records may be on file with the Office of Vital Records.
