Background

Katherine Richardson joined the Office of Performance Improvement team in March of 2016. Her roles include strategic planning, cross-sectoral collaboration, performance management and accreditation. Katherine’s previous work experience includes 15 years of private sector management, case management for Court Appointed Special Advocates, counseling of families affected by HIV, behavior intervention for individuals with Autism, and health coaching for disabled adults.
