Register to Attend

Attendance is free for all participants; however, pre-registration is required for inclusion in lunch sessions. Please register online or with a printed registration form by October 12, 2018.

Presentation Proposals

Proposals for posters and breakout sessions are being requested on topics of hearing screening, diagnosis, and early intervention, best practices, and emerging issues and trends. Please complete and submit the Presentation Proposal Form by September 14, 2018.

Exhibitor Registration

One free space is available for programs and businesses serving the EHDI Community. Please complete and submit the Exhibitor Registration Form by September 14, 2018.
