Due to ongoing hazardous conditions caused by the ice storm, the Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) has announced the following county health department closures.
Closed Wednesday, January 28
Health departments in the following counties will be closed Wednesday.
- Alcorn
- Bolivar
- Coahoma
- DeSoto
- Lafayette
- Panola
- Prentiss
- Quitman
- Sharkey
- Tate
- Tallahatchie
- Tippah
- Tishomingo
- Union
- Washington
All other county health departments and MSDH offices, including the Office of Vital Records, will be open for normal business hours and operations.
