The Training: Didactic and simulation of emergency HTN management, postpartum hemorrhage (weighing blood), shoulder dystocia management, precipitous delivery, and maternal code (bedside C/S). The training will also include a blend of didactic and simulation training for maternal Code Blue, Shoulder Dystocia, Postpartum Hemorrhage, Emergency Hypertension, Seizure Management and Neonatal Stabilization plus more resources to care for the obstetric patient that may come to your hospital for care. Educating providers to ask the screening question, "Are you pregnant, and/or have you been pregnant in the past 12 months?” and to review the Urgent Maternal Warning Signs to help reduce the chance of missing significant changes like cardiomyopathy that can lead to maternal mortality.
