| 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hagerty Consulting, on behalf of the National Emergency Management Association (NEMA) and in coordination with the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), will lead a half-day virtual training for State of Mississippi personnel to identify state and local mutual aid capabilities and resources that may be necessary to effectively respond to a biological threat. The training agenda includes a primer on the Emergency Management Assistance Compact (EMAC) process and the value of creating Mission Ready Packages (MRPs) in addition to facilitation of virtual breakout sessions during which subject matter experts will lead State of Mississippi personnel through the development of biological threat MRPs. |
