Fast Lane Swine Flu Vaccination Clinics Today and Friday Statewide
February 11, 2010

JACKSON, Miss. – The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH) reminds all Mississippians that special “Fast Lane” 2009 H1N1 (swine) flu vaccination clinics are being held today and Friday throughout the state. Call your county health department for specific times and locations.

The “Fast Lane” clinic provides for immediate service without a wait time and just one quick form to complete. Free, custom 2009 H1N1 Valentine’s Day

T-shirts will be given while supplies last.

State Health Officer Dr. Mary Currier encourages everyone, especially those 65 and older, to take advantage of these “Fast Lane” clinics.

“Many of you waited while we first vaccinated those at higher risk of infection, such as small children,” said Dr. Currier. “Now it’s time for everyone to get their vaccinations. The 2009 H1N1 vaccine is free at all county health departments; it’s safe; and it’s effective.”
