Customer complained that she ordered a chicken tender meal with fries and drink. When finishing her drink she opened the lid to eat her ice and noticed several dead flies in her cup.

I called facility & discussed the complaint with mgr on site. We discussed beverage cups storage/protection, fly treatment procedures facility uses, beverage dispenser cleaning schedule & employee hand washing. I will conduct an inspection.
