Server's refuse to wear gloves when cutting lemons or making salads. The sanitizing bucket that is used to wipe tables down never has bleach in it. The tea urns are never cleaned properly at the end of each shift;therefore, there is constantly a film at the bottom of the urn.the coolers do not cool properly.

Observed proper glove usage during inspection and tea urns appeared to be cleaned and sanitized. Advised management to use gloves with any ready-to-eat foods and to clean and sanitized tea urns daily. Observed potato salad, tomato sauce, sweet pickles, cole slaw, and salami cold holding in back cooler between 47F - 50F, and observed sanitizer buckets reading 0ppm Chlorine. Food items in back cooler were removed and iced down to proper temp and sanitizer buckets were remade reading 50-100ppm Chlorine. Facility was advised that back cooler must be temporarily fixed with 10 days and a more permanent fix must be achieved by the next inspection or facility will be place on a Risk Control Plan.
