On Monday, June 17 I called & discussed complaint with the manager, Ellie. I had conducted a thorough inspection at the site only a few days prior to this complaint. The manager stated that she had already talked to the complainant. At my recent inspection, I did observe flies as did the complainant, as stated in her complaint. After my recent inspection, the manager had contacted their pest control tech. I requested that the manager send me a copy of the pest treatment ticket. I will follow up on the complaint with another inspection.
