Me and two friends went to dunkin donuts in Pearl today and ate,now we are very, very sick to ourstomachs. The employees were all on the phone and uncooperative while we were there so I have called the cooperate office and wanted to let you know of my concern that the food apparently isn't safe. It took about 2 1/2 hours after we ate it before I became extremely ill.

InvestigationHistory
I went to site & did an inspection. I talked to the PIC & we walked through facility to check food safety codes. We checked the thermometers in coolers & freezer & in the cold holding case where the tuna salad & kolaches are stored. I observed that the temp was 38 degrees in display cooler & also in the walk-in cooler. The freezer temp was -8 degrees. Hot items are "cooked to order", so there were no hot holding items to check temps. The mgr & I discussed the cooking/re-heating steps & temps & she appeared knowledgeable regarding these areas. We looked at food storage areas in the store & I observed that they are all covered or in containers with lids. The sanitizer is in compliance at the 3 compt sinks area. I did not find evidence of non- compliance with food codes at time of my inspection.
