This complaint is against the subway inside Lucedale Walmart. I was in the store earlier this evening. There were two female employees in the store at the time. One was making sandwiches and the other was eating at a table with other people. The female behind the counter finished making the sandwiches of the people in front of me. She took her gloves off, went over to the paper towel dispenser behind the counter, grabbed a paper towel and blew her nose. During this time the other female employee got up from where she was eating and started operating the cash register. The female employee who blew her nose then came over to wait on me and did not wash her hands!!! She then grabbed the paper that they put the sandwiches on and put it on the counter and then she finally put some gloves on, but never washed her hands. The other employee came over to help with my order and the other girl went to the back and then returned later with gloves on and started assisting with the sandwiches. My problem is the girl blew her nose behind the counter and then never even bothered to attempt to wash her hands. Then when she finally put gloves on, she went to the back to do something and then came back with possibly the same gloves on... Someone needs to train these people in food safety. They did not have name tags, so I do not know the female's name. Thanks.
