At time of arrival, I notified the manager on duty the nature of the complaint. Per the manager on duty( who was not on duty at the time of the events from the complaint), an employee on said date was handlilng dough and then to the register, then returned to handle dough without washing hands. The complaint is substantiated. At time of visit on today, the employees were properly washing their hands. The facility must submit to my office within 7 days documentation showing all employees have been trained on proper handwashing technique and proper glove usage and what plan to be put in placed to keep this from happening again. 12/01/2011- Followup from the 11/04/2011 visit.
