COVERED COMPLAINT WITH GEN. MGR, SALES MARKET MGR. AND ZONE MGR. RECEIVED FRESH CHICKEN FROM CHURCHS SOURCE KELLY TO WALK-IN COOLER.AT TIME OF INSPECTION HOT HOLDING CHICKEN WAS 201. ALSO CHICKEN IN WALK-IN WAS 38. NO EVIDENCE OF LEFT OVER FRIED CHICKEN TO USE AGAIN AS FRIED CHICKEN PIECES. THEY USE TONGS TO LIFT FRIED CHICKEN FROM HOT HOLDING TO CUSTOMER PLATES..SANITIZING QUATS FOR 3RD SINK WAS 200 P.P.M.HAVE HOT WATER,SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT HW SINKS
