The food was not at the proper temperature, hot food cold and cold food hot. Boiled shrimp were IQF and black showing signs of being poorly handled.

did observe cooked chicken, sausage, and shrimp on buffet line temping at 116-127F. Items voluntarily pulled. Mgr stated he would get digital thermometers for buffet line. Food will be placed in shallow pans and not stacked too high.
