Ms Anne Hogue & I inspected site in response to the complaint & did find basis for the complaint . We discussed the violations & corrections with the mgr(Numerous flies at site,Dirty/unsanitary conditions at site, & alleged bare hand contact with food). We found numerous other violations at site & will return for a follow-up inspection.
