Received email from John Luke that a couple was in the dining area of Papa John's eating pizza and they had a dog with them.

Researched food code and in Section 6-501.115(B)(3) it states that live animals are allowed in food facilities if the contamination of food, food contact surfaces, and single service items does not result. It further says that live animals are allowed in areas not used for food prep, such as dining area... Spoke with Manager, R. Johnson, to make him aware of complaint. The person has already called him about the dog, too. No enforcement action needed.
