THE GIRLFRIEND OF THE COMPLAINANT WAS EATING BONELESS BUFFALO WINGS AND BITE DOWN ON A PIECE OF GLASS AND CUT HER MOUTH.

PHONE STORE AND SPOKE WITH THE GM, CALLIE MULLINS ABOUT THE COMPLAINT. SHE STATES THAT SHE WAS NOT IN THE STORE AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT BUT THAT CHILIS WOULD DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO ENSURE FOOD SAFETY. SHE STATES THAT PROPER PROCEDURE FOR BREAKAGE IS TO BURN OR DISCARD ALL FOOD ON THE COOKLINE. MS. MULLINS STATES THAT THE WINGS COME PRE-MADE AND FROZEN. THEY PREP THEM TO FRIED AND THEN TOSS THEM IN SAUCE. A PLASTIC CONTAINER IS USED WHEN TOSSING THE WINGS AND THEN THEY ARE PLACED ON THE PLATE. SHE ALSO STATES THAT THERE IS NO GLASS ON THE LINE EXCEPT FOR THE CERAMIC TYPE PLATES THAT THEY USE AND THE LIGHTS ABOVE THE COOK AREA. SHE ASSURE THAT ALL OF THE LIGHTS ARE SHIELDED. I ADVISED HER THAT PROPER PROCEDURE COULD HAVE BEEN COMPROMISED, HOWEVER, ALL LINE COOKS MUST BE ADVISED AND KNOW THE PROPER PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW IN THE EVENT A BREAKAGE OCCUR. ALSO, BE SURE THEY ARE IN THE PRACTICE OF SAFE FOOD HANDLING. ADVISED THAT THEY MAY WANT TO QUESTION THE MANUFACTURER OF THE CHICKEN AND SAUCE FOR ANY POSSIBLE PHYSICAL HAZARDS WITHIN THE PLANT THAT COULD HAVE CONTAMINATED EITHER PRODUCT. WILL FOLLOW-UP ON THE COMPLAINT AT THE NEXT INSPECTION
