Manager was alerted of the outstanding complaint regarding doughnuts that were stated to have been given to the wrong customer, returned, and reserved to another customer in the drive thru line. Manager explained the policy regarding this that does not allow employees to take incorrect orders back thru the window once given. If insisted, there is a designated garbage near the window that is used to disregard. She will reiterate to all staff that no food is to be taken back whatsoever or re-served to another per the food code.
