InvestigationHistory	CALLED THE MGR. OF RESTAURANT SHE STATED SHE HAD ALREADY TALKED TO THE COMPLAINANT ABOUT THE MILK SHAKES. THE MGR STATEDTO ME THAT THE ICE CREAM MACHINE WAS NOT CLEANED AND SANITIZED SATURDAY NIGHT 3/18/2006 AS SCHEULED. THE MGR. FOUND MACHINE WITH SOUR MIX AT APROX. 8.30 PM 3/19/2006. THE CUSTOMERS PURCHASED THE PRODUCT AT APROX 7.00PM 3/19/2006. THE MGR THEM CLEANED AND SANITIZED THE MACHINE AND MADE DIFFERENT ARRANGEMENTS TO THE SCHELDUE FOR CLEANING WILL MAKE FOLLOW UP INSPECTION 3/23/2006.
