Caller complained that she became ill after eating at the facility on 12/27/2018. She stated she ate a jalapeno chicken salad with potato soup. Symptoms were hot and cold flashes and diarrhea.

Complaint :Customer stated that they became ill on 12/27/2018 after eating jalapeno chicken salad and potato soup.Symptoms were hot and cold chills and diarrhea. Informed manager of complaint. Chicken salad temps observed at 39f on line.Potato soup observed at 160f. Food items in walk in cooler observed at 39f.Manager informed me that no employees had any illness on that date.Chicken ins made daily .It is cooked ,streaded, and cooled down. All other ingredients are chilled ingredients.After mixing ,chicken salad is placed in walk in cooler.Manager provided temp logs for 12/27/2018.All temps on 12/27/2018 were annotated as 41f or below.Potato soup is pre packaged and is heated for service.Observed employees during service.Proper Hand washing and food handling procedures were in compliance. No indication of time temp abuse observed. Case closed.
