Chef Milton Joachim sells a lot of fish that he does not buy from a retailer. He sells his own catches and his friends catches. Like flounder speckled trout etc.. he does not label his otters properly and the cross contamination in the kitchen is unbelievable. The fruit flys over the drink machine and the bar is too much for any restaurant to have. Nothing in the kitchen is labeled.

RESULTS: During the inspection the chef showed proof of fish purchased from an approve source and suppliers. Yellow fin tuna is the fish sold here. Do not observe fruit flies at the bar at the time of inspection however, do observe a couple fruit flies in the kitchen, but not too many. Continue to work on eliminating and controlling fruit flies.
