Employee nor manager washed their hands before putting on gloves to prepare salad, even after asked to do so. The employee handed money first and the manager was sitting in the dining are before this incident occurred.

Met with facility manager of Facility on Jan 7, 2016. Discussed the SOP and Techniques of preparing and delivery procedures of facility staff and waitress. Observed no violations for cross contamination and proper hand washing technique. Manager was advised to ensure that all employees are following strict hand washing procedures.
